What is the difference between and underwear and a thong?

Which one is better and what's the pourpose for it? Why do some women and girls wear thongs and not underwear? Why do some women wear underwear and not a thong? Which one should I use because I use and underwear all the time? Which is better and What's the difference?

It depends on you on which is better (how much comfort you need or want), underwear: Bikini-full coverage but don't come up to high on the waist, french cut-come up high on the waist and the leg, granny- not cute but very comfortable during menstrual cycle, low rise- bikini and thongs come in this, thong is actually the ones that are thicker in the back, a g-string are the ones that have a thin string. Sometimes it depends on what your wearing on which undies to wear, like sometimes thin pants you don't want underwear lines so you wear a g-string or thong. I prefer bikini's they cover enough but not too much and they aren't up my rear all the time so to determine which you prefer means you just need to try them all and decide on the one that best suits you hope I helped a little!
12. if you wear thongs you do not need to worry about panties underlines that shows up when you're wearing a tight jeans/pants/skirt. other than that the only difference is the attention you get from your man when he sees you in them
13. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! i prefer thongs over regular underwear. mainly cuz there's no under wear lines. and they're just more comfy. but i allways end up wearing normal under wear during my period
